High mountain tea from the wonderful Jun Chiyabari gardens located amongst hills around the small town of Hile in the Dhankuta district in the eastern Himalayan region of Nepal (1200-1800m). This tea is sure to please black tea lovers, Beautiful long and dark leaves give a dark reddish infusion that is sweet and intense with notes of pure cocoa, black chocolate, plum jam and nuts. This tea handles multiple steepings with ease.
